Men hairs are composed of hair system, hair extensions, beards…
Women hairs are made up of hair extensions, hair pieces and hair wigs..
We do not mix artificial protein in the hair.

If you are paying via Paypal, please make sure your actual receiving address is same as Paypal address.
Step 4. Package and delivery to your place within 24-48 hours.
We have standard hair sizes and colors to meet most people requirements yet there are some people in need of personalized hair.

Step 4. Production in process which takes around 50 days.
Step 5. Package and delivery to your place.
Logistics to worldwide countries are Fedex, DHL, UPS.
Our default logistics is Fedex. DHL is normally faster and a bit expensive and UPS is comparatively slow.
It takes 5 days to most countries if no flight delay. We will share with you tracking number once sent out.

Be well reminded that 10% restocking fee will be in charged based on the original price and buyer side responsible for shipping back to factory and new trip to your place
How To Return?
If a hair has to be returned, please follow the steps below.

Be well reminded if it is not quality issue related, return is not acceptable which is applied for both stock and custom orders.
