As real human hair provider, we supply not only human hairs for men but also hairs for women. We do not mix artificial protein in the hair.
Men hairs are composed of stock hair system, full caps...
Women hairs include stock toppers and custom ones. The cap can be various such as lace, Mono, poly etc...
One of our strength is making medical wigs for alopecia or patients going through chemotherapy or radiation therapy...
The payment methods are various and the invoice can be created according to your convenience
Logistics to worldwide countries are Fedex, DHL, UPS.
Our default logistics is Fedex or DHL. DHL is normally faster and a bit expensive and UPS is comparatively slow.
Stock is sent within 24-48 hours and it takes 5-7 days to most countries if no flight delay.

We have standard hair sizes and colors to meet most people requirements yet there are some people in need of personalized hair.
If size 8x10", 7x9" are not good sizes for you, please start to customize the hair.

Step 2. Please confirm your hair details:
- cap design
- size
- hair length
- hair color
- density
Step 3. Please process the deposit payment for production arrangement.
Step 4. Production in process which takes around 40 days - 60 days, depending the complexity.
Step 5. Package and delivery to your place for 5-7 days.
- Cap model: the more complex the design, the more it would take
- Base size: different sizes, different cost
- Color: which decides hair origin
- Length: the longer, the higher cost
- Density: the thicker, the more hairs to be ventilated, the higher cost
- Leadtime: extra cost is needed for rushing the order.
*Please note that v-looped-base models are not included in this warranty as they are disposable units.
*This warranty does not include any units that have been permed, coloured, bleached, chemically treated, or mishandled by the clients themselves.
*All sales are final once the hair system has been altered. This includes Cut, Color, Thinned, Trimmed, etc.
Defective Hair Systems (other than hair loss) are considered the following for stock and custom orders.
Incorrect Hair Cut

Incorrect Color, Density, Grey Percentage, or Size
These defects are subject to refunds 15 days from the day the unit has been delivered to the address on the invoice.
Hair Loss Warranty/Defective Claim Process
Please refer to the following steps when starting your Claim:
Contact our Customer Service Department (customerservice@thailiahair.com) and state what the issue with your unit is. Please note: You may be asked to provide evidence through pictures or may be asked to send the unit in for inspection.
Our Customer Service Representative will then create a Service Request and provide you with a Service Request Number for reference.
You then have 10 days to ship the unit back to us from the date of the request for inspection by Fedex, DHL or UPS.
EMS takes several months and the customs fee on buyer side.
Once the inspection is completed, you will be contacted regarding any solutions we may be able to offer you.
Please note: Any / All items received after the 10 days without prior notice will NOT be considered, and the request will be void.
